Who are we ?

Jean-Jacques Aernout has been an expert at the Court of Appeal of Douai since 2006, close to the Douai Administrative Court of Appeal since 2016, and a sworn judicial expert at the Superior Court of Justice of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg since 2017.

He became one of the directors of the Company of Experts near the Court of Appeal of Douai, in 2018.

In addition to a career mainly in a very large industrial group, he has held numerous teaching activities at the School of Mines of Douai, the University of Lille 1, the IUT Roubaix and during 2 years in Tunisia at the National School of Engineers of Tunis.

His areas of teaching are material resistance, material selection, material science and experimental planning.

From initial training in physical metallurgy and solid mechanics, he has been dealing, for 30 years, with numerous industrial disputes and damages, many of them in the fields of material breakage or poor workmanship that led to or not led to professional accidents.

Between 2008 and 2014; his professional activities have led him to work with a large number of companies in a large geographical area where he has faced situations of reorganization, development of technical / service solutions in very diverse cultural and industrial environments, to name a few: Russia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, South Africa, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco, Japan, South Korea, Middle East …

Professional use of English and knowledge in Dutch allow him to work effectively with all of these industrial players.
